The men arrested over the publication of an alleged gay marriage in Senegal have been released by police. However, the police have said that they are still under investigation and further enquiries are taking place. Gayness is illegal in Senegal. Pink News

Senegalese police have arrested several men over the publication of an apparent gay marriage in a local magazine. The editor of the magazine has been the recipient of several death threats and it is not clear whether the arrests are over the marriage (it’s illegal to be gay in Senegal) or the death threats.
