More homophobia in Jamaica
Shamefully, it’s an ongoing saga. Jamaican church leaders have defied international human rights groups and declared that they will never accept homosexual lifestyles as acceptable. Hardly a surprise and Jamaica is probably one of the least safe places on earth for gays with mob brutality tragetted at gays commonplace. I can understand a religious leader challenged by a homosexual lifestyle, but what worries me is the church’s lack of interest in building a safer society for all. Jamaica Gleaner
