This weekend sees the birthday of London’s G-A-Y. Whatever you might think of it, we’ve all had a knees up good time at some point in our lives. It’s dirty and it’s wrong but we love it.It’s a London institution and we’ll miss it when it’s gone. The party’s in support of the Elton John AIDS foundation so that’s probably reason enough to go. (As if the Sugababes, Westlife and Girls Aloud weren’t enough).Oh, and Sharon Osbourne’s hosting. On second thoughts maybe I’ll stay in.

The fact that Barcelona’s Axel hotel has opened it’s doors in Buenos Aires is not news. However BA continues to prove itself as the newest gay hot spot. Here’s 5 reasons why:
- Buenos Aires was the first major Latin American city to approve legalized same-sex unions.
- It’s cheap. The Pound goes a long way in Argentina. And there are a lots of bars and restaurants in which to spend it.
